Matterport virtual tours

Hosting of all Matterport virtual tours will be discontinued. If you would like to keep your tour, contact [email protected] with the email address on your own Matterport account, and it will be transferred to you.

Deadline: 10 August 2026. Tours not claimed by this date will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Requirement: These tours were captured with the Matterport Pro3 camera and cannot be hosted on a free account. An active paid Matterport subscription is required to receive the transfer.
To request: Send the property or tour name, together with your Matterport account email address.

Hosting and email services are not affected by this closure and continue as normal. Hosting clients will be contacted directly regarding any future changes.
